Hi, all Houston Texans fans! :) Here it is, and today's the day. The AFC Championshp Game between the Steelers and Broncos at Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium. Which team will win and then advance to Super Bowl XL in Detroit? We can only watch to see how this game transpires and wins and in the end which team comes out both AFC Champion and advances to the Super Bowl. Let's all watch this game and enjoy!

It will be a good game, and I cant wait to see how our future coaches gameplan for such a big game.

It just hit me that I've been in both of these stadiums (Invesco and Qwest) in the past two seasons. What does that have to do with anything? Nothing, other than Qwest gets the nod over Invesco. Both are beautiful stadiums.

On the other hand, maybe I need to do a little Qwest/Invesco karma ceremony in the Reliant parking lot before week 1 next season. That plus Kubiak and we can't lose.

Go Steelers so we can get on with it...

Looks like it will be the battle of the ground games - Denver had two backs over or close to a 100 yards and the Steelers still have the Bus. He's from Detriot so I guess he'll be pumped even more than usual.

So is today the day we get our new HC? Personally I'm pulling for PIT (has nothing to do with Kubiak).

Pulling for the Steelers b/c of Kubiak and Bettis. Although I wouldn't be mad if the Broncos won.

Big Ben is a lucky man...

Great concentration by Ward...

If Kubiak weren't involved, I'd pull for Pittsburgh anyway.

Well, I was just thinking that luck was on the Steelers' side today, but I was proven wrong very quickly.

Does security at any point during the game get to watch it? It's like they are all busy mean muggin' the crowd. I know they've got a job to do. Just wondering.

I don't think they ever get to turn around.

I don't think they ever get to turn around.

One of my former students worked field security for the Texans and they were not supposed to turn around unless something happened on the field in their area of coverage. He generally saw plays here and there with the slight turn around or out of the corner of his eye.

Roethlisberger impresses me everytime I see this guy play. Looks like we may hav a coach soon with the way this is going.

This goes to show you how little things can effect a game. Early on if Champ Bailey catches the ball for the INT, momentum changes. PIT gets and INT, goes down and scores. All of a sudden this great matchup is getting lopsided. Lets see how Kubiak handels halftime adjustment.

I will have to see the highlights, but I thought Ward tipped the ball slightly enough to mess up the play.

He hit the Young QB lottery. Great OL,Great Running game, Great coaching, Great Defense, and a damn good Receiving core.

I kinda liked that WR screen that Pittsburgh just did.. I had a vision of Mathis catching that instead of Randel El

This makes me more excited about Kubiak, if he can turn Jake the Fake into a Probowler, imagine what he can do with Carr.

suprised Denver didn't kick it.. they basically gave Pittsburgh at least a field goal.

I guess that was Mike's call instead of Gary on 4th down

if you kick it away there, with Pitt's running game, you might never get it back. I guess we are so used to Dom's conservatism that an acctual gamble seems crazy to us.

When Ben was picked, I said he was the best QB in that draft class and it sure looks that way. Well, we should have a new coach anounced tomorrow or Tuesday. Hope all the asst. are done by Friday. Good week coming up I think.

The Bus is set for Ford Field in Detroit. I think the Steelers win it all and the Bus retires on a high note.

Aside from that, I'm sure McNair and co. were all cheering for this Broncos loss.

Agree with that but he still has that QB confidence and pocket presence that really impresses me.

Ben was in a great situation.. good defense and running game with Ward and then Plexiglass to work with his rookie year.

Ben showed alot of maturity because last playoffs the Pats made Ben beat them and he couldn't ..This season his maturity showed
