Question for anyone who watched the Panthers/Bears game last weekend. On the 1st Steve Smith TD pass, it looked to me like Smith pushed Tillman in the back so that he fell flat on his face leaving Smith wide open to get the TD. Instead of calling Smith for offensive pass interference, they called Tillman for defensive pass interference. I have no tie to either team, but that call just looked bad IMO. Seemed like the commentators were too busy gushing over how unstoppable Smith is to consider whether he was unstoppable because of the interference. Anyone else have an opinion on that play?--maybe I missed a replay which showed why it was Tillman's bad. In any event, since the Patriots mauling of the Colts and the new emphasis in the league, it seems like WR's are getting away with murder pushing people off. Having said that, whoever is the Texans' coach next year needs to teach AJ to play the rules the way they are being enforced--he should be a clear winner in a push-off contest.
