Thought we might gather them here, in one thread. Start over, send a signal, get a jump on next year? Or un-professional, doesn't do any good, can only put in a temp? What side of the fence are you on and why?

"Regime change" has to come. I still think it's too soon, though, just because it's still early in the season. Interim coach with no bye week to punch the reset button? That'll be ugly.
But maybe not any uglier than we're seeing now. If the Texans get to 0-6, I think the hatchet has to come out.
Seattle then Indy... you may just see that hatchet.
pro to fire now - fans get their wish, sends a possible message to the players to get their excrement straight before we bring in a coach who doesn't believe in "movie night" after a win, let's potential candidates know there is a definte opening to possibly start swaying them
con to fire now - get rid of the "leader" - better have someone capable to take over in the interm or there will be more confusion on the team. Informs the players that the FO has pretty much given up on this season, look at this year as a 16 game pre-season.
