The coaches should be fired for not making the second round of cuts more suspenseful!

Most of the offensive cuts have been made. The only left remaining will be a few on the offensive line, Halterman, Morgan, hopefully Hollings and one of the backup quarterbacks (doesn't really matter which one).

On defense there are a few interesting cuts to make. Does McKenzie unseed Jason Bell as a Special Teams hero? Does the best defensive player this preseason (Frank Chamberlin) make it? Is Zeke Mereno a lock even though he hasn't played?

On special teams... Can Cody Scates beat out Chad Stanley as the Holder? Why do we have to waste a precious roster spot on a friggin' Long Snapper?

It falls into the category of until you have a bad one you don't appreciate a good one.

Yep, I have no idea what the name of our long snapper is and that is a very very good thing to me.

The Giants could tell you the value of a good LS after that playoff game against the 49ers a couple years ago.
