Yeah, I'm asking the question because I feel it's a great time to open up the toolbox and use some of the tools the team has neglected to use. I also believe the Texans will save some new stuff for the second half. Agreed?

Why don't we pull Newton and let Harris play the entire game?

Will Case utilize a quicker release out of the hike?

How many backs can we use besides the battered Ben Tate? Use them!

Can Kubiak ween himself from those dreaded Schaub plays and utilize the entire field, both in width and depth?

Nothing to lose - but a game. Everything to win for, for the players.

Case is my biggest what to look for this entire season the rest of the way. He needs to stop trying to win the game with every throw and see if he can make the short, quick reads and thwart the blitz. He has had chances to beat the opponent on the last drive in several games, but missing short reads and failing to attack the blitz are his biggest problems.

The other thing I want to see is if someone in the Posey / Jean / Martin group can differentiate himself as a true #3. Posey has flashes but doesn't seem to be getting more than 1-2 catches a game.

I'm minded to give posey a free pass this season given that he's coming back from injury still. I see him as a bright spot for the future and will begin holding him to that potential starting next year.

At this point point, I'm looking for improvement. Anywhere.

I'd also like to see what Case has if they open up the playbook.

I want to see this team do something completely out of character, surprise an opponent by going against the trend for once

What are we going to learn about the Texans today? That they can defeat the worst team in the league? Or that they have quit on the season? There are too many players with pride to have me believe they will quit.

Losing is the best option for the Texans future at this point.

Today answered a lot of questions.

1) We need to draft a QB in the first round, Keenum won't cut it.
2) We need to fire Kubiak and Rick Smith.
3) I was going to make this a long list but I am disgusted..............:gun:

"What To Look For Today?"

I looked for the Texans but they never showed up.
