Found this interesting (http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Late-For-Work-829-Finally-An-AFC-North-Prediction-That-Isnt-Trendy/850acd30-5add-4e5d-8f9f-a8da70ee83ff), thought I'd share.

“Their cameras captured Joe Flacco complaining to Cameron during one frustrating game: ‘We’re playing too conservative .... In order to win a Super Bowl, we can’t play like this. I’m not trying to argue with you—I’m just telling you what we need to do.’”

King noted that after the change to Jim Caldwell, Baltimore averaged 31 points in its 4–0 postseason run.

I personally didn't think the Ravens' issues were that they were playing too "conservative", I thought their issues were that they were playing too "stupid."

hasnt been the knock on the raven's offense that they get away from using ray rice too often? flacco lead the league in deep throws according to al michaels, much of which lead to getting the OC fired and crawling into the playoffs. the ravens are better when they DO play conservatively.

Cameron was the problem. Firing him was the solution.

Harbaugh waited way too long to do it.
