View Full Version : Skins Continue to have Brutal Off-season

After the Taylor gun show and the Arrington Snoop-dog type party shootings here is another setback for their defense... Rookie cornerback Carlos Rogers -- the team's top draft pick -- has a stress fracture in his right foot, a more serious injury than previously known, and could miss the start of training camp, which begins July 31.

When Rogers missed Coach Joe Gibbs 's final two minicamps, the team apparently believed he was suffering from a minor ankle sprain. But Rogers -- the ninth overall pick, from Auburn, in April's draft -- has been in a walking boot over the past two weeks.

Wow. Think Gibbs can do a Bullwinkle impersenation?

"Hey Skin fans, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat...."

Snyder must be flippin' right about now.

I really thought Rogers was a steal for them and that he was the most technically sound and nfl ready cornerback in the draft. I hate to hear that does anyone know how long that type of injury takes to heal

Looks to me like he may get the "Do not pass GO, do not collect $200" card.

Charles Rogers hurt, Carlos Rogers hurt.

Point? Just try not to take anyone whos first name is a translation for Charles and has the last name of Rogers.
